Jayne - Practice Manager/Owner
A native of Eau Claire, Jayne has worked in the veterinary field since 1988, first as a receptionist then practice manager. She assumed ownership of ECAH in 2020. In her spare time, Jayne enjoys reading, traveling, boating on the Mississippi River, pontooning on the lake, do it yourself home improvement jobs and working with stained glass. Her husband, two children, grandsons and dog keep her very busy with their love of outdoor activities. |
Patti - Customer Service Representative
Patti has been employed full-time since 1998. She and her husband Greg live in the rural Mondovi area. She is our green thumb and is responsible for our beautiful flowers and holiday decorations . She enjoys gardening, decorating, crafts, painting, shopping, and spending time with her two grandsons. The time she spends with her friends and family is especially important to her. Patti has two dogs: Louis a Shih Tzu (pictured above) Violet a Yorkie, and cats Brutis and Rusty. Patti lists helping owners with their questions and knowing them and their pets by name as the best part of her job. Look for her friendly smile at your next visit. |
Sue - Customer Service Representative
Sue has worked at ECAH since 1999 as a receptionist and animal caregiver. She has two dogs: Buster, a Chihuahua mix and Keeper, a pitbull mix; 4 cats, Buzz, Friday XIII, Starling and Tripper, a Sun Conure named Magee and two house rabbits named Reuben and Saltine. Sue loves reading and animals and learning more about their behaviors and care. She likes to help clients who have a question or problem with their pets, to be able to figure out a solution that works best for everybody. She is especially interested in rabbits and in spreading the word about what a great pet they can be. Sue organizes and hosts Hoppy Time, a play time for rabbits, monthly at emBark. Sue volunteers at the Eau Claire County Humane Association and does rabbit foster care. She received the Volunteer of the Year in 2006 and Humane Educator of the Year in 2013 from the Eau Claire County Humane Association. She is married to Don and has two grown children. |

Michelle enjoys hiking, camping, reading and photography. She lives in Eau Claire with her husband, their dog Philbert and cat Pandora.

Jenna has worked at ECAH since October 2016. Her passion for animals has grown over the years!
Jenna enjoys spending time with her two sons, playing games, exploring and learning new things. She currently lives in Altoona with her fiance Brandon, two kids and their Oscar fish, Rafael.

Leah- Customer Service Representative

Since she was a little girl, Leah always had a passion for taking care of animals and their owners which had inspired her to pursue a degree in Animal Science and continue working within the pet care industry. Leah has been with Eau Claire Animal Hospital as a full-time receptionist since January 2020.
Leah currently lives in Cadott with her husband, Joe and two dogs: Teddy (border terrier mix) and Ruger (black lab). When she is not working, Leah enjoys cooking, shopping, hiking, hunting, fishing, horseback riding and photography.
